What do you need to release from your life? (Picture: Getty)

Our next Full Moon is on Bonfire Night, November 5, and is in the sign of Taurus.

This is a lunar phase about control and security, possession and release. Taureans are controlling characters who crave certainty in their realm, and this mode of thinking will colour your perceptions and reflections this week.

What is in your sphere of control and influence? Are you focused on it? Or distracted by things outside of it? Use this week to get real clear about what you can, and will, control in your realm and what you’re willing to release, so that you have more energy and headspace for what matters.

Let’s use the tarot to help us see what to focus on and what to release.
